Extraterrestrial Live is the third live album by Blue Öyster Cult. It was released in April 1982 by Columbia Records. It peaked at No. 29 on July 3, and held for two weeks.

The album was recorded over a period of nearly two years, partially during the Black and Blue tour alongside Black Sabbath, with whom Blue Öyster Cult shared a manager in Sandy Pearlman.
